Nobody likes to hear the dreaded 'just friends' if you like someone but sometimes it's just the truth. You can't help if you don't like the person back, right?

Well too be honest saying to someone 'I love it and you mwahahaa' over msn isn't exactly the way to tell me. But like I've told him before (the last time he told me it was much sweeter but still) I like him as a friend.

Mind you after I said that he was chasing after one of my best friends and only never asked her out because his mate liked her more - but that is another story. But it proves how complicated things are. Its like he likes her and her but she likes him who likes her back but that other him probably likes someone else but even she likes someone else. See? It's complex, I don't even know if that is the way it goes.

Well anyway he tells me that and I replied saying '.... as friends' which then I thought he was being completely serious when he wrote back 'OMG I really hate you know'. This made me feel quite bad - I didn't want to loose him as a friend. Then he asks 'Do you even like me a little bit?' I failed to reply but I might text him - not sure what saying mind. I just don't want to loose him as a friend.

P.S. how can he 'love' me anyway?

Texted him explaining that even if I did like him a bit it won't make no difference 'cause as soon as I said no he started moving in on one of my best friends and that's wrong. He just said that he didnt like her anymore.
Basically the last text exchanged was from him basically saying that he still likes me and doesnt like my friend anymore and thats all I need to know.
