Katie - Where's the beach?

I'm sure that some people that may read this may live by the beach and think it's nothing special, but I bet you love just taking random walks along the shore.
Well like a lot of other I don't have that privilege.

As I live in the UK it is hard to find a decent beach with decent weather (sort of all year round), OK it's kind of impossible. As the younger generation, I don't appreciate everything I have. It's like yeah my house is OK, it's not right in the city and it's not completely rural and from my window I have views of a river. The area is OK-ish, maybe a bit quiet for my liking but its nice. The UK in general is full of historic sites which to be honest most of us don't appreciate, but I know other people do.

It's like I know Americans like history, so we see a lot of them down by the castle and stuff. But I prefer the American lifestyle.
So basically I am proposing we should switch countries. Haha.

But honestly I would to live somewhere where I could take a five minute walk and end up at a street with shops and coffee shops and all and if I take another five minute walk in the opposite direction end up at a beach that isn't always busy.

I need to live somewhere where I can go out and so stuff.
